Part 1: People and Safety

At Stable Energy Solutions, we believe that being a responsible energy provider begins with people. We foster a culture of safety, care, and accountability across all our operations. Our teams follow rigorous health and safety standards, while our project sites are designed to be inclusive, respectful, and empowering places to work.

As expectations around sustainability and transparency continue to rise, we remain committed to addressing the emerging challenges of our time — from corruption to environmental stewardship — with clear actions and accountability. We know that long-term success depends not only on technology and finance, but also on the people who deliver and support our projects every day.

We extend these values across our workforce and beyond:

  • Supporting women in energy through inclusive hiring, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

  • Promoting well-being by encouraging work-life balance, family-friendly policies, and safe, respectful workplaces.

  • Fostering mental health and job satisfaction to ensure engaged and motivated teams.

We also invest in safety awareness for the communities we serve, building respect and trust through values-driven relationships. Just as importantly, we work closely with contractors, partners, and suppliers to ensure they align with our standards and commitments. As we expand our presence in Southeast Asia, we are embedding these principles deeper into our supply chain and daily operations.

Our Responsible Business Commitments

  • Safety and well-being first – prioritizing the health, safety, and welfare of employees, contractors, and local communities.

  • Inclusive growth – fostering diversity and inclusion, with a strong focus on empowering women and underrepresented groups.

  • Sustainable supply chains – collaborating with suppliers and partners to uphold responsible labor practices and reduce environmental impact.

  • Respect for human rights – protecting and upholding human and community rights wherever we operate, guided by transparency and engagement.

  • Transparency and trust – strengthening trust through open communication, community engagement, and clear accountability.

Part 2: Environmental and Social Management System

Stable applies SUSI Asia Energy Transition Fund’s (SAETF’s) Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) across all of our projects and services. By following this system, we uphold high standards of environmental protection, occupational safety, and stakeholder engagement. This ensures that every solar system we deliver not only provides clean energy but also safeguards ecosystems and supports local communities.

SAETF’s ESMS is fully embedded into our investment decisions, construction activities, and power offtake agreements. It directs how we monitor development, construction, and operations, ensuring that risks are identified early, addressed transparently, and reported regularly.

By adhering to the SAETF’s ESMS, we align with global best practices, strengthen credibility with stakeholders, and reinforce our commitment to responsible, sustainable growth.

SAETF's ESMS is accessible here.

Part 3: Feedback

At Stable, we see feedback as an essential part of building trust and continuously improving how we work. Whether you are a customer, partner, supplier, or community member, we encourage you to share your perspectives. Every comment, idea, or concern helps us refine our practices and deliver better outcomes.

We maintain a clear and accessible process for receiving input on the environmental and social performance of our services, as well as on the conduct of partners and contractors. Anyone can raise concerns — including unethical behavior, illegal practices, fraud, or misconduct — without fear of retaliation.

Feedback can be given anonymously, though providing contact details allows us to investigate more effectively and resolve issues quickly. All information shared is treated with strict confidentiality and disclosed only if required by law.

We treat every submission with seriousness. Feedback is logged, reviewed, and acted upon as appropriate. For project-specific matters, local project offices are available to receive input and ensure issues are addressed promptly and transparently.
