Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
Designed for customers who want to purchase electricity rather than own the solar system. Stable provides financing, permits, builds, and operates the system, while customers simply pay for the electricity generated. Our PPA always includes a 99% performance guarantee from energization through the entire contract term.
Solar Equipment Leasing
Best suited for customers who prefer to lease a solar system under an operating lease agreement. This option is off-balance sheet and typically shorter term compared to a PPA. Our Lifetime Asset Management services and performance guarantees are not included in the standard leasing package, but can be bought at additional fees.
Project & Technical Management
For customers who do not require financing, Stable offers Project & Technical Management services. This ensures your solar system is delivered on time, to specification, and with all required permits and licenses.

We review key documents such as past electricity bills, business and operations details, site photos, and financial statements. Our representatives can assist in preparing this information.

On-Site Visit & Feasibility Assessment
We conduct a site visit to validate assumptions and assess property conditions.

Solar System Design
We analyze power demand, site conditions, and building structure to design the most suitable solar system.

Offer Acceptance

Detailed Engineering and Permitting
Upon acceptance, we perform detailed engineering to optimize the design and manage all permitting requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.

Contract Finalization
Together with the customer, we finalize commercial agreements (Corporate PPA or Solar Equipment Leasing) to align all benefits and obligations.
Once the customer accepts our offer, Stable takes full responsibility for the solar project — including permitting, equipment procurement, contractor selection, and construction. Every financed system is then supported with our Lifetime Asset Management service, ensuring smooth, safe, and high-standard operations throughout its lifetime.
